Registration Policies
Please read the following policies carefully before completing your registration.
Author Registration Requirement
Regarding the Online Presentation at least one author per accepted paper must register for the paper to be published in the proceedings and presented at the conference.
Payment Methods
Registration fees are payable by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment portal, or by bank transfer for institutional registrations. A formal invoice will be issued upon request for all paid registrations.
Refunds & Cancellation
Cancellations received more than 30 days before the conference receive a full refund minus a €50 processing fee. Cancellations 16–30 days prior receive a 50% refund. No refunds are issued within 15 days of the conference, but substitutions are welcome.
Visa Invitation Letters
Official invitation letters are available after registration fees are fully paid. Allow up to 5 working days for issuance. UK visa processing can take 8+ weeks, so register early. Contact contact@icc27.org for assistance.
No-Show Policy
Papers that are not presented at the conference (either online or in-person) by a registered author may be removed from IEEE Xplore proceedings at the discretion of the Program Chairs. Please plan your participation carefully and notify us in advance of any conflicts.
