Selection Criteria
Each shortlisted paper is scored across five dimensions.
Technical Originality
The novelty of the proposed approach, problem framing, or insight relative to the existing body of work.
Scientific Rigour
Soundness of methodology, correctness of formal arguments, and depth of theoretical or empirical grounding.
Clarity of Writing
Quality of exposition, organisation of the manuscript, and accessibility of technical content to a broad expert audience.
Significance of Contribution
Potential impact of the work — academic, industrial, or societal — and the importance of the problem addressed.
Quality of Experimental Validation
Strength of evidence supporting the claims — experimental design, reproducibility, datasets, and analysis of results.
Selection Process
A transparent, multi-stage review.
Initial TPC Review
Every submitted paper is scored by at least three independent Technical Program Committee reviewers through a rigorous double-blind process.
Shortlisting
The TPC Chairs compile a shortlist of the top 5 to 10 papers based on aggregated reviewer scores and meta-review consensus.
Award Committee Re-Review
An independent Award Committee, separate from the original reviewers, re-evaluates the shortlist against the five criteria and selects the winners.
